- To provide client-focused case management to all participants to determine appropriate intervention services
- To educate and employ trans people of color
- To deliver healthcare and trauma-informed referrals
- To provide ‘Transgender and Non-Binary specific’ safe residency options
- To offer rental assistance after graduation and long-term follow-up care
